Who We Are
National Farm & Forestry, LLC (NF&F) is a buyer, seller, and manager of timberland properties. Founder Michael Patten's passion for the outdoors has led to a 30-years-and-counting involvement in the land/timber management and development business.
NF&F identifies, purchases, manages, and sells timber properties for clients seeking to use timber to diversify their investment portfolios, as well as to fulfill their own recreational pursuits. Mr. Patten’s companies have more than 200,000 acres of timberland and agricultural properties currently under active management.
Our network of acquisition specialists have extensive contacts relating to over 2,500 properties which have been identified as potential candidates for purchase. Due to these relationships, we are often able to purchase properties before they formally come to market.
